Fortune Chinese Restaurant in Romulus

The food was good. I was concerned that they didn't have hot water in the bathroom and probable the kitchen. This is coming from a Master Plumber.

They got my order wrong. I was back at work by the time i noticed. This is NOT sweet and sour shrimp.

This was the best and freshest food we’ve had from a Chinese takeout place. The General Tsao Chicken was real white meat chicken breast, and the fried rice and lo mein was delicious! Highly recommend! They even gave us a gift of dumplings for dessert.

I had the lunchtime sized sweet and sour pork meal. The pork itself was very good. The egg roll was overdone and I found the 'fried rice' didn't taste like fried rice at all and was very bland.

Almond chicken was great . A hot bowl of won - ton soup . An don't even ask for a bite of my egg roll .

Been eating here at least once a month for the last 2 years, only once had a bland tasting take out order, otherwise the food is great. My favorite dish would be the sesame chicken with a bowl of hot and sour soup.

Food was good and spicy but no soup or anything else with the orange chicken except dry white rice. High priced as well.

Terrible food. By far the worst Chinese I’ve had. Ordered beef and broccoli with gen tso and there was NO difference in taste. Just heavy thick soy sauce or whatever sauce they used for both. Waste of $$

Great food, well priced. They even have us an order crab rangoon for free for no reason! Definitely will be coming back when I'm in area and recommend it to anyone.

Nice little place right by the Detroit Airport. Friendly service. Food was good. I had wonton soup. Dumplings were good, broth was a little thin and lacked flavor. I had sweet and sour chicken. Which was exactly as i had hoped. Little fried chunks of chicken. And sweet red/pink sauce. Fried rice was a little dark but good!!

Was staying next door at one of the hotels. Needed to get out so decided to dine in. Restaurant was not fancy, but clean and quiet. Was the only one dining in, while others came and went for take out. Service was prompt. Food was hot and portions generous. Was spiced to my request. Excellent flavor in an environment that you come to expect from a Mom and Pop. I travel for work and eat out a lot and consider myself picky, and this place did the trick just fine. I'd absolutely come back next time I'm in town.

I made my order online to avoid confusion. I ordered the Mongolian beef combo and in the "Special Instructions" section I noted "please no celery or carrots and may I have steamed white rice"I picked up my order from a very grumpy old lady and proceeded back to my office, only to find, Pepper steak with carrots, celery and fried rice.If you cannot get an order correct when it is written down for you, you don't get my business again.Try another restaurant, suggest you stay away from this one!

Go there at least once a week. My favorite place, Panda gardens closed a few years ago and I never knew this place existed. Food is good. Love hot and sour soup. $6 for lunch portion, with a soup. Or $9 for dinner portion with a soup.

Needed a Chinese restaurant close to the airport. Read the reviews. Thought we would try it. Very fast service. Hot and sour soup delicious. Steamed dumplings and crab Rangoon great. Had General Tso's, Seafood delight, Shrimp. All good. My out of town guests enjoyed it . Will go back for sure.

The chef that makes the sushi in the back is very helpful and welcoming. The food is great. 😊

TERRIBLE!!! A total waste of money. The chicken fried rice and low mein was SALTY and had no flavor.

Terrible service, lot of quantity but no quality. Owner came out and sat across from my table and started cleaning green peas for next day. This kind of stuff is done back in the kitchen not where customer is eating.Didn't ask if I was dining in or taking out. Food was so temperature hot that my gums inside mouth burned.It is very obvious their #1 and only goal is to make $ weather customer will ever come back or not. I don't think they will survive much longer if they don't make some drastic change. i surely won't go back or recommend.

While we appreciated the free crab ragoons on New Years Eve, our actual order was terrible. The chicken was ordered mild but was hot and the beef had very little beef. The trash can ate it all. Waste of $.

I would've chosen five stars but I'll be honest, I'm very hard to please, (plus the waving cat on the counter made me feel a little uncomfortable lol)... The food was absolutely WONDERFUL☺☺☺💖💖💖💯💯💯 Me and my Husband had a great time here!!! Very relaxing feeling, great environment😍😍😍 I would DEF recommend going here, I WILL be returning one day i hope ☺☺☺

Really good, sauces taste homemade and not out of a jar. Can taste the breathe of the dragon from the well seasoned woks.

Got chicken noodle soup that had a watery broth and the Chicken didn't look like chicken at allllllllllll. Who puts lettuce in SOUP. ICEBERG LETTUCE The garbage can enjoyed my two large chicken or opossum noodle soup.

Delicious Food!!!! I drove bye one day and decided to try and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Their Sweet and Sour chicken is Amazing!!!!

This place is awesome. I ordered online and I got a free gift because of my 20$+ order. The wait was a little long when I picked up my order put that was fine because the place smelled amazing inside and our food tasted awesome. Sweet and sour chicken. General Sao chicken. Pepper steak. The cashew chicken was weird and the chicken was died but none the less it was great. Would definitely go there again.

I am from the area and this is actually the first time I have tried this Chinese food. The portions are small and the food wasn’t too good. My main upset with this place was definitely the portions but it does have some potential. I think they get away with the prices and portions because it is within walking distance of many hotels and very close to the airport.

Came here for lunch at 11:15. Was closed, no one around inside. Had to settle for subway. Don't advertise you're open for lunch if you're not.

Possibly the worlds best Chinese food. and Affordadble. Down 3 Stars for the bathroom. My brothers frat house basement bathroom is cleaner

Fortune has one of the better sesame chicken dishes I have ever enjoyed. The lunch special was crisp, flavourful, and very generous for the price. I often stay by DTW for work and will be coming here again.

Super fast service. Fast and place was empty so was kinda nervous but I found the food enjoyable. 11 bucks or so for General Taos chicken and a bottle of coke. Hot good food, close to the hotel, cant complain. Def would go again. Big portions too. Other side of pic was full of rice and an egg roll also. Worth the try.

Good and quick service! I love going there whenever I'm in town. Always have a good experience. Highly recommended going there to eat.
